Living a high vibe mom life means feeling confident that you are doing everything in your power to raise high vibe kids.

In today's episode, Sunit discusses the concept of attachment parenting and how she has discovered what it is rooted in over the years. She summarizes from the book "Hold Onto Your Kids" by Drs Gorden Neufeld and Gabor Mate and shares her personal thoughts about raising children who are connected to their parents more than their peers. She shares why she regrets not reading this book earlier, what she thought attachment parenting meant and what it really means, why it struck a chord with her, and how her and her husband implement these concepts with their kids now. It is also an insight into our own childhoods, and why we turned out the way we did.

Today's episode is for parents at any stage!
