Whether you are a working mom or a stay at home mom or somewhere in between, you surely feel pulled in many different directions. Women today can barely catch a break between caring for their little humans, their partners, and their homes. She shares what to strive for instead, how to become more efficient and productive by journaling and time blocking, and other tips to help you make the most out of this precious life.

Boundaries are an important thing for us to establish in our lives to protect ourselves from harm. Physical boundaries are much more easily understood than emotional and situational ones, however. In today's episode, Sunit discusses what boundaries are, and what they are not, as well as who they are for (they are for you, not other people). She shares the 3 steps you can take to establish boundaries in your life, and talks about why others overstepping our boundaries is OUR fault. Self love is an important part of self care, and having boundaries is an important step to to self love.

So many of us are walking around wounded, never having dealt with the various things that have brought us pain in the past. Sunit addresses why we live in a culture where we don't want to address our pain, and what we can start doing to move on from that. She shares the 5 steps you can take to owning the difficult things you go through and actually make them part of your story.

Sunit shares why feeling pain is important, and also how we can change the future as mothers, by raising kids who are comfortable not being happy all the time.

Listen in as she reminds us that pain serves a purpose, and how to use it to be your strength instead of your weakness.
