Sunit interviews Susie Salinas from "Systems by Susie"

 
Susie is an organization expert with a background in teaching and event planning. She is an expert in helping busy moms keep their home, kids and lives stress free. Today, Sunit and Susie help pregnant moms prepare better for motherhood in the area of getting and keeping their home and environment organized. They talk about:

Sunit continues to challenge moms to explore their readiness for betterment in all areas of their life by expanding on the topic of mindset and specifically honing in on what could be holding you back from living your best life, which is limiting beliefs. She discusses how limiting beliefs and fixed mindset are intertwined, what limiting beliefs are, and how they are, in essence the ceiling that stands between you and the stars. Listen in and take the challenge to catch yourself in limiting beliefs this week so that you can start to change your thought process, and then eventually, be able to impact your children in a way that removes any ceilings that prevent THEM from always reaching for the stars.

In this episode, Sunit interviews Kate Turza.

Kate is a mom, wife, and postpartum doula.  After navigating three difficult postpartums, she trained as a postpartum doula in order to help build the support network she so desperately needed during her experiences. She's been practicing for over 2 years now and her passion for normalizing the postpartum period and early parenthood has just gotten stronger.

 

This episode is perfect for the first time new or expecting mom who wants to feel better prepared. Join them as they discuss:
