Sunit interviews the founder of the Love For Lewiston Foundation, Jessica Janzen Olstad, who shares her story of loss. After losing her beautiful boy Lewiston to Spinal Muscular Atrophy before he was even 6 months old, she had to learn how to pick herself back up, and continue living life. She shares what it means to run towards the roar, how she grieved without spending a single day in bed, and the things that help her when she gets in a rut even now. She talks about how to be the best mom you can be and her top tips for getting moving and finding joy again. If you have ever experienced loss, or felt like you didn't know how to move forward, this episode will inspire you to implement the things that have helped her.
