Have you tried to hold it together when all you wanna do is let it go? If you pride yourself on pushing through the tough stuff and never taking a break, today's episode is for you. Today Sunit talks about an important lesson she has learned over the years and that is that it's ok and even beneficial to breakdown when you cant keep it together any longer. Whether it's your business or your motherhood, or a million other things, sometimes the best way to get through it is to surrender to it. It's ok to take a step back, hit rock bottom, get quiet, or sob hysterically into your bucket of ice cream. Sometimes, this is where the magic happens.
