In the first episode of 2020, Sunit shares one of the biggest secrets to her growth so far. As she has levelled up in her health, motherhood, business, and relationships, she has utilized a basic principle of open mindedness to really learn and grow. On today's episode she shares what it means to truly be open minded, and some questions you can be asking yourself to determine how open minded you truly are. She discusses levels of consciousness, the "Dunning-Kruger" effect, and gives examples of how you can incorporate these ideas into your own life and growth as a human.
