Today Sunit talks about unconditional love, and how to practice non-judgement and complete acceptance during times like these which can be some of the most divisive we have ever known. During the current Covid crisis, we sometimes find ourselves at odds with others in our lives who may not feel the same. In fact, m they may feel completely the opposite of us. Sometimes it is simply a sig that you have outgrown people, and it is ok to let those relationships go. But sometimes, you cannot. You need to accept people where they are and know that you will still love them no matter what. Sunit shares her own experiences at this time and how she is navigating this very lonely time in her life.

Much of the world is sitting in a low vibration right now, and if you pay attention to the law of attraction, you know that like attracts like. As long as we sit in a low vibe, we will keep attracting it and stay stuck here. We need to collectively raise our vibration so we can move beyond the current situation. One of the most beautiful pieces of living a healthy, happy, high vibe life is having like minded women to enjoy it with. But what happens when you begin to grow so much you are growing apart? What happens when your friends begin to distance themselves from you, or blame you for their feelings or problems? When they are not able to shop up for you in the way you desire? When they dont support you the way you had hoped?

Today's episode is for any woman who values sisterhood, and finds herself in a place where she is re-evaluating friend relationships in her life. Sunit shares examples from her own journey, and shares two key learnings that are crucial to every decision you make about whether to continue with your friendships:

1)evaluating whether this relationship truly brings you value or whether you stay out of obligation or habit

2)understanding when it's time to be ok with letting go, and owning your part in it, and conversely, NOT allowing anyone to blame you for their role in the dissolution of a relationship.

 

One of the most mature things we can do as we evolve on our journey of growth is to own our own thoughts, feelings and responses, and understand that we are not to blame for the feelings of others.
